Galvannealed EXCELLENCY:

1.Forming-Ability: Excellent forming ability due to low galling, rupturing, and special annealing treatment on the base material. 

2.Welding-Ability: Combine 80% ~ 93% of Zinc and 7% ~ 17% of Iron, therefore, the current and voltage is similar as SPCC. 

3.Painting-Ability: Rougher finish provides better mechanical bonding, excellent adhesive with phosphate surface treatment, Suitable for ED, Liquid, and Powder Paint. 

4.Corrosion-Resistance: Zinc coating protect the base material, excellent phosphate surface treatment, and good paint adhesive performs superior corrosion resistance ability after painting.
